ROSÉ de SAIGNÉE
This rosé is produced via the saignée method of ‘bleeding’ colour from dark-skinned grapes, thanks to minimal skin maceration (80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir). This exceptional rosé displays bright colours, beautiful fruitiness and vinosity and can be enjoyed in a cocktail, with a buffet meal and with your favourite desserts.
